Job Description: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of company premises, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and well-organized environment for employees and customers. This person will be responsible for supporting the company's daily operations with attention, agility, and commitment, directly contributing to the smooth functioning of the workplace. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, storage areas, and common spaces; * Collect trash and properly dispose of waste; * Organize workspaces and daily-use materials; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed; * Support the upkeep and organization of the facility; * Assist with general tasks related to cleaning and maintenance. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Agility and commitment to assigned tasks; * Ability to work well with others and willingness to collaborate in a team; * Good communication skills and proactivity. Desirable: * Experience cleaning retail stores, offices, or distribution centers; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and materials; * Ability to follow cleaning routines and schedules.
