This role will be responsible for leading high-complexity projects, ensuring scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions. Join Onset! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analysis and Architecture: Design flowcharts, system architectures, and data models, ensuring technical and financial feasibility; * Project Management: Lead implementations of highly complex systems, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks; * Integrations: Directly work with APIs and integrations between in-house and third-party systems/ERPs; * Automation: Analyze contexts, propose, and implement robust automation aligned with business priorities and demands; * Global Collaboration: Frequently interact with global teams, vendors, and clients for requirements gathering, analysis, solution proposals, system optimization, and support for web and cloud platforms (SaaS); * Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and propose new technologies and methodologies to optimize IT governance and customer service; * Proven experience in IT project analysis, architecture, and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields. **Certifications:** TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, SCRUM Master (at least one\) **Language:** English: Fluent (conversation, writing, documentation); Spanish: Intermediate (desirable) **Technical Knowledge:** * System architecture (UML, flow diagrams, data modeling) * TOGAF enterprise architecture * REST/SOAP APIs, ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) * Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) * Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite in the Berrini region, São Paulo, with flexibility for occasional adjustments in specific cases.
