Team development and process improvement We seek a Tax BPO Manager with strong technical expertise and proven operational management capabilities to lead medium- and large-enterprise client portfolios, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and control over tax risks. Responsibilities * Coordinate the tax operations for client portfolios, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. * Supervise and review calculations of indirect and direct taxes, such as ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, withholdings, and other ancillary obligations. * Ensure accurate submission of SPED, EFD Contributions, and other applicable tax obligations. * Proactively identify tax risks and contingencies, advising clients and the team. * Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance, promoting technical autonomy and high performance. * Organize priorities, control deadlines, monitor SLAs, and track quality indicators, rework rates, and exposure to penalties. * Participate in client meetings—including executive-level sessions—presenting tax impacts from a business perspective. * Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within the tax area. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Relevant experience in Tax BPO or coordination of tax operations. * Solid knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations. * Experience in technical review and team management. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and a keen sense of responsibility. * Clear, objective, and business-oriented communication. * Familiarity with tax systems and data integration.
