This is a chance to become part of a company that values innovation and collaboration. **Responsibilities:** * Intermediate knowledge of Senior systems, especially the Senior ERP and SQL Server database. * Respond to support tickets from various departments regarding Senior systems, demonstrating proactivity in resolution, and possessing critical insight into what constitutes support, development, training, or escalation. * Create support tickets with our vendors when necessary to resolve issues inherent to Senior systems or related systems. * Proficiency in programming languages is essential, particularly Senior LSP and T\-SQL. **Requirements:** * Experience in system development. * Knowledge of Senior ERP and SQL Server database. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
