Your role here will include: * Leading technical initiatives in critical projects; * Defining architecture and development standards; * Mentoring less experienced engineers; * Promoting a culture of testing and software quality; * Working on system integration and scalability (Kubernetes, AWS); * Influencing decisions regarding data persistence (SQL/NoSQL); Mandatory Requirements: * Solid experience with **Java (Spring Boot)** or **Go**; * Expertise in **microservices architecture** and messaging integration (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.); * Experience with **relational and NoSQL databases** (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); * Knowledge of **RESTful APIs**, **GraphQL**, authentication and security (OAuth2, JWT); * Hands-on experience with **Cloud environments (AWS)** and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS); * Proficiency in **CI/CD practices** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD); * Knowledge of **observability tools** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry); * Prior experience in **technical leadership of squads** or as a *Tech Lead*.
