Job Summary: A professional to work as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), responsible for sustaining, observing, troubleshooting, developing solutions, and implementing automation in critical environments, ensuring optimal user experience and SLA compliance. Participation in solution evolution and continuous improvements We are seeking a professional to work as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), responsible for sustaining, observing, troubleshooting, developing solutions and automation, as well as reducing incidents and MTTR in critical environments. This person will ensure the proper functioning of systems supporting both production and non-production processes—such as e-commerce/marketplace platforms, deployment pipelines, QA tools, Kubernetes, and middleware—thereby guaranteeing optimal business experience and SLA compliance. **Responsibilities:** – Support Development, Testing, and Production environments. – Analyze and resolve errors in microservices-based applications (Spring and Node.js). – Analyze and resolve issues in Kubernetes environments. – Reduce incidents and MTTR. – Automate operational tasks and recurring processes. – Participate in development squads, supporting bug identification and improvement opportunities. – Apply observability practices (monitoring, logging, and metrics). – Collaborate with teams including Operations, Information Security, DevOps, Engineering, and Analytics. – Support the construction and evolution of solution roadmaps (MVP definition and continuous improvements). **Requirements:** – Completed undergraduate degree. – Experience supporting applications and systems in production. – Knowledge of agile methodologies. – Experience designing and building APIs with security and performance considerations. – Understanding of DevOps culture. – Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab). – Proficiency in automation scripting languages (Shell, Python). – Knowledge of distributed architecture, cloud, and virtualization. – Experience with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows operating systems. – Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Google Cloud). – Knowledge of containers (Docker) and orchestration with Kubernetes. – Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). – Knowledge of relational databases (preferably Oracle) and SQL. – Experience with microservices architecture. – Familiarity with observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus). **Preferred Qualifications:** – Advanced English proficiency. **Desired Profile:** – Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation. – Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. – Strong sense of responsibility regarding critical environments. – Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. – Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-demand environments.
