This includes identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing practical improvements, and optimizing workflows. The goal is to accelerate value delivery, improve product quality, and strengthen collaboration among team members. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Foster a culture of teamwork, feedback, and 1:1 mentoring through coaching and support for individual development; * Continuously seek improvements and best practices, promoting team training and development; * Manage task flows and assignments across different teams; * Plan, build, and monitor the department’s budget; * Manage squad budgets; * Implement and track OKRs and other performance indicators; * Prospect and implement agile methodologies within technology teams; * Facilitate agile ceremonies and frameworks, such as stand\-ups, sprints, and retrospectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education and Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master or Agile Coach) is highly desirable; Tools and Technologies: * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello; * Familiarity with version control systems like Git; Technical Skills: * Solid software development knowledge—even if the role is primarily managerial; * Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean; * Experience analyzing data and metrics to evaluate team performance, such as OKRs or KPIs.
