We’re looking for a talent like you to join our team as a Software Engineer Pl (Open Finance). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support large-scale, distributed financial technology systems, ensuring stability, performance, and operational continuity; * Collaborate with the Engineering team on maintaining and evolving critical solutions, contributing technical fixes, improvements, and adjustments; * Support incident analysis and root cause identification, proposing solutions aligned with Engineering-defined standards; * Develop and maintain event-driven Web APIs and microservices, adhering to established architecture and security standards; * Monitor engineering and support metrics, contributing to continuous improvement of services and processes; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems; * Experience with NodeJS, Express, and preferably Moleculer; * Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and desirable knowledge of SQL Server; * Understanding of authentication using OAuth2; * Familiarity with microservices architecture and CI/CD environments; * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, ServiceBus, RabbitMQ or similar); * Experience consuming and building Web APIs (REST/JSON); * Knowledge of Clean Architecture and/or DDD; * Intermediate English and/or Spanish preferred; * Experience with financial systems, mission-critical systems, or fintechs preferred; * Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills within multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information:** **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (flexible). * Meal and Food Allowance via Flash benefit; * SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance; * Bonus tied to corporate and individual goals; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Day Off; * Language school partnership; * WellHub; * As a Citizen Company, we offer extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days).
