This professional will be responsible for developing robust solutions, supporting users across Latin America, and contributing technically to the team. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions Conduct training sessions and explanatory workshops for Latin American users Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring junior professionals Analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions Stay updated on trends and advancements in the Power Platform **Requirements** Solid experience with Power Platform Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query Fluent English and Spanish (international engagement) Experience in technical leadership or team mentoring Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of databases (SQL or similar) Experience in global projects or multicultural environments **Additional Information** International work environment Project with high visibility and strategic impact Opportunity for technical growth and leadership
