Requirements Requirements: The **Banking** area is responsible for sustaining technical customer support and seeks a **Senior Technical Support Analyst**, to join our team at Brazil’s largest software development company serving the financial market, where we believe technological innovation drives progress. **Key responsibilities for this role include:** * Providing customer support via Jira and other channels, as needed; * Accurately registering, tracking, and managing all customer incidents and service requests in accordance with established procedures; * Supporting compliance systems (including storage analysis and SQL database procedures); * Collaborating with internal teams—including development and higher-tier support—to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily. **To \#match, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * Experience with SQL Server databases; * Experience in customer support and guidance; * Experience in administrative routines and operational support, especially within banking and/or financial environments; * Completed undergraduate degree. **The following qualifications would be considered advantageous:** * Experience in the financial market; * Experience using Jira. **IMPORTANT:** This opportunity is for on-site work at Evertec Brasil’s office in São Paulo/SP, under a hybrid work model.
