Grow in an environment focused on innovation and digital solutions **About the Opportunity** We are seeking an **Implementation Apprentice** to join our **Implementation Team**, supporting **initial solution configuration, testing, and system integration** for new customers. This is an excellent opportunity to **learn SaaS technology, system integration, and digital communication through hands-on experience**, directly contributing to delivering high-quality solutions to customers. **Responsibilities** * Support initial solution configuration for new customers * Assist in conducting system tests and validations * Support platform integration via API * Assist in organizing information and process flows * Monitor customer onboarding process stages * Support the technical team in resolving simple requests **What You Will Learn** * Project implementation on **SaaS communication platforms**, especially solutions such as **Invenio Live/Center and integrations with WhatsApp API**. * Creation, testing, and adjustments of **chatbots and customer service automations**. * Agile project structure and tracking (**Scrum and Kanban**). * System integration using **REST API**. * Experience working with clients across various industries, including **banks, retail, and healthcare**. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fields such as: **Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Databases**, or related areas. * Candidates with **less than one year of academic study** may also apply if they have completed **personal projects or practical technology experience** independently. * Interest in **technology, innovation, and digital solutions**. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with individuals and teams. **Required Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** **Desirable:** You don’t need to master all items, but **a strong willingness to learn is essential**. * Basic knowledge of **SQL databases** (simple queries such as SELECT and filters) * Understanding of **REST API integration** (JSON, endpoints, and headers) * Familiarity with tools such as **Postman, Excel, or Google Sheets** * Interest in **chatbots, customer service automation, and WhatsApp Business API** * Basic knowledge of **process modeling**, such as flowcharts or BPMN * Introductory knowledge of **programming logic** (JavaScript, Python, or C\#) **Required Soft Skills** * **Clear and concise communication:** crucial for interactions with customers and the technical team. * **Proactivity:** ability to seek solutions and anticipate team and project needs. * **Organization and attention to detail:** essential for managing multiple tasks and ensuring delivery quality. * **Collaboration:** ability to work effectively in teams and interact with departments such as Sales, Projects, Support, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Administration. * **Willingness to learn:** curiosity and eagerness to grow within the technology field. * **Analytical ability:** capability to understand technical problems and assist in identifying solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Personal or academic projects involving **integrations or APIs**. * Participation in **hackathons, tech communities, or technology events**. * Familiarity with project management tools such as **Asana or Azure DevOps**.
