Teamwork in color evaluation and approval **Summary Description** The Optima Solutions Technical Assistant is responsible for supporting and supervising activities related to the customer line, reporting and developing actions to resolve issues associated with the painting process. **Detailed Description of Responsibilities** Work collaboratively in teams, supporting color evaluation activities—either visual or numerical—with close collaboration among team members Responsible for approving the color of materials for all batches received at the customer site Support and maintain an on-site material surveillance program Use a database for all materials, which must be updated according to rules jointly defined with R\&D and Quality Control Issue all relevant periodic reports and ensure their distribution to relevant teams Attend all customer meetings, including color harmony meetings **Mandatory Requirements** Travel Requirement: Less than 5% Knowledge of Color Harmony concepts Technical and/or Bachelor’s degree **Desirable Requirements** Intermediate English proficiency Experience in the automotive industry’s painting process PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
