Interested in a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with teams to develop scalable and secure software handling large volumes of data and mission-critical applications. * Lead the design and implementation of new features/products, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing monitoring. * Define application architecture. * Create solutions that simplify and enhance customer experience. * Plan, estimate, and analyze impacts and risks associated with application changes. * Develop and monitor quality and performance metrics for developed applications. * Interact with various company departments and highly skilled business teams within a dynamic, professionally growing environment. * Participate in feedback sessions, voice opinions, and contribute to career planning—with support from experienced professionals. * Collaborate with the security team to ensure platform reliability. * Contribute to the evolution of the team’s technical processes—including practices such as Dojo and Pair Programming. * Pursue continuous learning and career advancement, supported by more experienced professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. * Experience with software version control. * Experience with CI/CD. * Solid knowledge of API modeling, documentation, and implementation. * Experience modeling and integrating relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architectures. * Experience with Message Brokers and Streaming. * Knowledge of distributed Batch processing. * Experience with software quality best practices—including automated testing, security, monitoring, and documentation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience developing microservices. * Experience with Cloud Computing—especially AWS. * Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement. * Experience with DevOps practices. * Knowledge of Apache Spark and Apache Hadoop. **Additional Information** You might know us from our payment terminals or memorable commercials—but we’re much more than that!
