We are responsible for the entire receivables cycle—from billing to final reconciliation with our funding vehicles. We are looking for a **Senior Reconciliation Analyst** with strong experience in the financial market and structured credit. You will serve as the technical reference for designing and maintaining payment reconciliation processes between Jeitto and our funding vehicles (FIDCs, Debentures, etc.). Your role goes far beyond pushing buttons: you will design workflows, audit data, and ensure our credit portfolio is fully reconciled and auditable. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Process Design: Build new payment reconciliation processes and rules from scratch (internally and with vehicle administrators). * End\-to\-End Reconciliation: Ensure daily reconciliation of the portfolio (Internal Systems vs. Bank Statements vs. Fund Reports). * Credit Lifecycle Management: Monitor the full collateral flow (Origination, Billing, Assignment, Write\-off/Settlement), identifying and correcting bottlenecks. * Collections and Agreement Scenarios: Map and execute reconciliation for complex delinquency scenarios, ensuring agreements, partial write\-offs, and agreement breaches are accurately reflected in the vehicles. * Analytical Investigation: Address the root cause of financial discrepancies (surpluses, shortages, settlement mismatches) by cross\-referencing large volumes of data. * Automation \& Governance: Build monitoring dashboards and queries to automate fault detection, reducing reliance on manual processes. Strategic Interface: Collaborate closely with Data, Tech, Treasury teams, and external partners (Custodians, Administrators, Securitization Agents). * **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Credit Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of structured credit operations (FIDCs, Debentures, CCBs) and their assignment and reconciliation dynamics. * Collections and Restructuring Expertise: Hands\-on experience with reconciliation of agreements (discounts, installment plans, partial write\-offs, and write\-downs). * Advanced SQL: Ability to independently build complex queries for data extraction, cross\-referencing, and analysis across multiple databases. * Advanced Excel: For rapid modeling, ad\-hoc analysis, and scenario validation. * Problem\-Solver Mindset: Ability to take a complex problem and break it down into logical steps until the systemic root cause is identified. **Nice\-to\-Have Qualifications:** * Python knowledge (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) focused on data analysis and manipulation. * Prior experience participating in structuring or onboarding new FIDCs. * Familiarity with BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) products: Understanding of transaction dynamics, timelines, and reconciliation under this credit model. * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau). ***Privacy Notice*** *Jeitto processes the personal data submitted in this application exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with the LGPD.
