This person will play a strategic role within the squad—going beyond test execution—to actively contribute to problem prevention, continuous process improvement, and enhancing product quality maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Define and execute test strategies (functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing) * Collaborate closely with the team from early stages (discovery/refinement), ensuring quality is embedded from conception * Create, maintain, and evolve test scenarios and acceptance criteria * Validate integrations via APIs and cross-system workflows * Identify technical and business risks, proactively mitigating issues * Automate tests wherever possible to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability * Support defining DoR (Definition of Ready) and DoD (Definition of Done) with a quality focus * Analyze and monitor production incidents, addressing root causes and preventing recurrence * Partner with multidisciplinary teams (PM, Tech Lead, Developers, UX) to ensure alignment and delivery quality * Contribute to strengthening quality culture across squads * **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience as a QA / Test Analyst for digital products * Experience with complex systems and integrations (APIs, distributed systems) * Experience with both manual and automated testing * Knowledge of test automation tools * Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) * Experience working in Agile methodologies and squad-based environments * Strong analytical skills to identify risks and act proactively * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams * **Nice-to-Have (Desirable)** * Experience with Insurance or Financial Services products * Experience in environments with multiple integrations * Experience with performance and load testing * Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation pipelines * Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) * Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence * Basic database knowledge (SQL) for data validation * **What We Expect From This Person** * Analytical, critical, and highly quality-oriented mindset * Proactive approach—anticipating problems and risks * Belief that quality is everyone’s responsibility * Ability to operate in highly technically complex environments * Balance between hands-on execution and strategic vision for continuous improvement **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
