We are looking for a talented and technology- and business-passionate Cognitive Product Manager to join our AI Factory team. In this hybrid and strategic role, you will act as the true Business Architect for Cognitive Transformation. By integrating the business vision and market focus of a Product Manager (PM), the cadence and technical protection of a Product Owner (PO), and the governance of a Project Manager (GP), you will become the definitive bridge between our clients’ senior leadership and our cutting-edge engineering team. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Cognitive PM, you will have the opportunity to (Responsibilities): * Lead AI strategy for enterprise clients, exercising cross-functional leadership, ownership, and continuous value generation; * Serve as conductor of a highly specialized orchestra, leading the Discovery phase (CRISP\-DM \- Business Understanding), defining the value architecture, and validating the business thesis (ROI) of the solution; * Engage end\-to\-end, ensuring artificial intelligence is the optimal solution for the end customer’s pain point, guiding POC prototyping and MVP development; * Ensure operational health by acting as guardian of scope, timelines, and risks, setting the pace through agile ceremonies (roadmaps, dailies, reviews); * Organize the "taxonomy" of knowledge bases, ensuring excellence in wikis, boards, and presentations.
