Serve as a technical reference on topics such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI, MLOps, and Data Science. Identify opportunities for AI application in processes, products, and services. Ensure quality, scalability, security, and ethics of AI solutions. Support the development of multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and others). Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements. Represent AI practice in internal forums, executive presentations, and, where applicable, external events. Translate executive challenges into viable and scalable AI solutions. Structure AI offerings focused on revenue generation and operational efficiency. Support technical pre-sales, proposal defense, and business case development. Ensure technical excellence in deliverables and measurable impact. Lead production solution architecture with cost, performance, and scalability in mind. **Technical Requirements:** Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agents). Experience with AI solutions in production. Architecture and MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, model governance). Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience structuring PoCs, MVPs, and scalability efforts. Knowledge of metrics, risk, bias, and limitations of AI. **Behavioral Requirements:** Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
