Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical standards, and construction processes. Analytical ability, technical autonomy, strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solving capability in field environments. Experience in change management, quality control, and interface between construction and engineering is desirable. Preferably reside in Itaboraí or another city in Rio de Janeiro state.
