For more information, visit Worley.com We are seeking a **Senior Electrical Engineer:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrotechnical, or related fields), with experience in construction projects and field technical supervision. Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical standards, and construction processes. Analytical ability, technical autonomy, strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, and problem-solving capability in field environments. Experience in change management, quality control, and interface between construction and engineering is desirable. Preference for candidates residing in Itaboraí or elsewhere in Rio de Janeiro state. Work location: Boa Ventura Energy Complex. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical supervision of construction works, ensuring execution complies with designs, technical specifications, applicable standards, and requirements regarding quality, safety, schedule, and cost. Analyze interferences, deviations, and field adjustment needs, proposing and validating technical solutions jointly with engineering, construction, and inspection teams. Participate in technical meetings, support on-site decision-making, track non-conformities, change requests, and technical records, and ensure accurate updating of technical documentation and “as-built” drawings.
