




**Responsibilities and duties:** * Be responsible for maintaining and continuously reviewing the health of the environment, always aiming for availability; * Support other team members in resolving incidents and/or projects; * Study, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on the infrastructure, aiming for continuous improvement; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of environments, enabling knowledge sharing within the team; * Propose technical solutions, always considering environment availability; * Support development teams; * Analytical ability and strategic vision for data-driven decision making; * Proactivity and sense of urgency in resolving critical issues; * Collaboration and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, Data Engineering, Developers, and Infrastructure). **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience as a DBA administering AWS DynamoDB, Aurora (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and SQL Server; * In-depth knowledge of AWS RDS and EC2 instances dedicated to databases; * Experience with DynamoDB Streams, Global Tables, Partitioning, and NoSQL modeling; * Proficiency in backup, restore, snapshots, and data replication in distributed environments; * Ability to tune and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries; * Experience with CloudWatch, AWS Backup; * Knowledge of CI/CD tools for automating database deployments; * Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Terraform for automating administrative tasks; * Familiarity with git and GitHub; * Experience with monitoring using Dynatrace; * Familiarity with AWS environment (EC2, RDS, DynamoDB). **Differentiators** * AWS certifications (AWS Certified Database – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
