Communication with internal stakeholders and clients **About the Role** ================ Responsible for ensuring Media Hero’s client deliveries are completed with quality and within the stipulated timeframe, through coordination of the internal team (Media Analyst, Data Analyst, and Data Scientist) and validation, organization, and analysis of client data and models. General business knowledge (KPIs, finance, logistics, marketing) and media knowledge (online and offline) are essential. The Marketing Analyst will serve as the leader of the internal squad, responsible for internal delivery management (collaborating closely with their counterpart in Customer Success), initial creation of Causal Diagrams (DAGs), data interpretation, model and simulator selection and interpretation, and translation of results into clear, actionable insights. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Manage an operational squad comprising a multidisciplinary team (Media Analyst, Data Analyst, and Data Scientist) * Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand client needs and address them via our products/services * Possess deep knowledge of our products/services, marketing, media, and measurement, and stay updated on market trends and best practices to ensure high-quality deliveries * Ensure client deliveries are completed with quality and within the stipulated timeframe * Support the Data Science team in model selection, considering business and media metrics * Analyze and interpret model outputs to generate insights linking media investment and execution to business outcomes * Support the development of data-driven strategic recommendations for channel optimization, media mix, and budget allocation * Contribute to dashboard construction, executive presentations, and ad hoc analyses * Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, both verbally and in writing * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding operational details and client deliveries (e.g., client-specific requirements, process exceptions, post-mortems, etc) **Requirements** ============== * 5+ years of experience in marketing; knowledge of media and measurement required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving ability and strategic thinking * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and prioritize across varying demands * Experience with technology products and platforms * Knowledge of CRM tools **What We Offer** ==================== * Health Insurance Plan * Wellhub * Hybrid or On-site Work \- Office in São Paulo \- SP.
