Remote work environment with technical autonomy **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team, focusing on the design, development, and evolution of high-performance, high-quality applications. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business rules into clean and scalable code, ensuring consistent delivery within a remote, technically autonomous environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and maintain backend solutions using .NET, adhering to architectural best practices and coding standards * Analyze and detail business rules, mapping dependencies, data flows, and API contracts to ensure technical and functional compliance * Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase and engineering culture * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, aligning estimates, scope, and deliveries with technical and product stakeholders * Document technical decisions (ADRs), integration flows, and quality criteria to ensure traceability and sustainable system evolution **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or 2–4 years of proven professional experience) * Practical expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C\#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, async/await) * Solid experience developing RESTful APIs, consuming services, version control (Git), and relational and/or NoSQL databases * Knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Ability to understand and implement complex business rules with emphasis on quality, maintainability, performance, and continuous delivery **Nice-to-Have** * Practical experience with Node.js and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem * Familiarity with .NET ecosystem libraries such as MediatR, Polly, MassTransit/Wolverine, Dapper, or NHibernate * Applied knowledge of Vertical Slice Architecture, CQRS, Resilience Policies, and Result Pattern * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Containers, observability practices (logging, monitoring, distributed tracing), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
