Work at an operational processing company with technology. **About the opportunity:** As a Human Resources Department Analyst I at **BHub**, you are expected to organize and control payroll, vacations, leave of absence, and client documentation. When unfamiliar with something, you proactively seek information and support the development of junior staff and assistants on the team. **Main responsibilities:** * Knowledge of onboarding processes (mandatory data for eSocial, stages and deadlines for data processing); * Knowledge of employee termination processes (proficiency in all stages from notification through homologation, handling data via eSocial, FGTS Digital, and Empregador Web); * Compliance with labor regulations (monitoring changes in labor legislation, mastery of currently effective Collective Bargaining Agreements per service category); * Knowledge of payroll administration processes (control and calculation of salary and benefit payments); * Monitoring of employee vacation schedules; * Control of taxes, fees, and contributions, ensuring all labor obligations are settled on time; * Client service (providing routine guidance). **Requirements:** * Experience with payroll; * Experience in accounting firms; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting Sciences, Psychology, or related fields; * Desired knowledge of labor routines and laws; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); * Basic understanding of Human Resources activities with emphasis on Human Resources Department; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately 2 days per week onsite at our **São Paulo/SP** office). **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with the Domínio system; * Experience with tools (Gestta, Jettax, E\-auditor, Pipefy, Trello); * Experience in process development (documentation, execution, measurement, and review); * Experience working at startups. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Some of our benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher (Flash Card); * Remote work allowance (Flash Card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance (2% discount); * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. **Want to learn more about Bhub?** We are an operational processing company that combines **technology and specialists** to handle the accounting, financial, and administrative functions of businesses.
