Automate repetitive and high-volume business processes, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design and develop attended and unattended automations in Power Automate; * Map processes, identify automation opportunities, and propose improvements; * Create bots and scripts by integrating APIs, databases, and web services; * Perform testing, document workflows, and ensure governance and security of automations; * Monitor and maintain bots in continuous operation, ensuring performance and stability. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a math-based field — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics; or a non-math-based bachelor's degree along with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
