We seek someone with strong technical and innovation vision, capable of connecting AI trends with real business challenges and transforming learning into practical impact. * Translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions through exploration and experimentation with new technologies, focusing on performance and business value generation. * Introduce new technologies to upskill the Data Science team or business areas, strengthening overall technical capabilities. * Serve as a technical reference and knowledge multiplier, supporting data scientists and other areas in adopting new tools, techniques, and best practices. * Contribute to the evolution of model architecture, Machine Learning pipelines, and experimentation frameworks—ensuring robustness, scalability, governance, and adherence to technical best practices, including versioning, deployment, and monitoring. * Promote technical excellence and Responsible AI practices, ensuring explainability, sound development practices, and governance. * Clearly communicate results, learnings, and opportunities to both technical and business stakeholders, transforming analyses into strategic drivers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Proven experience in technical leadership within Data Science, leading high-complexity projects with direct business impact. * Advanced expertise in Machine Learning and solid statistical foundations—including inference, hypothesis testing, experimental validation, and model development. * Experience with MLOps and modern model development and production architectures—including versioning, deployment, and monitoring. * Proficiency in Python and major data and Machine Learning libraries (pandas, scikit\-learn, PyTorch), as well as frameworks for LLM-based applications. * Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and environments such as Databricks, Azure, and observability practices. **Desirable** * English language proficiency **Additional Information** **BENEFITS YOU WILL RECEIVE:** Here, we know that eating well makes all the difference!
