Job Summary: Senior professional responsible for ensuring the quality and governance of Generative AI solutions, performing technical reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams **Experience Level:** Senior **Employment Type:** CLT (EST) **Work Mode:** Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite at the Morumbi office and 2 days remote **Working Hours:** Business hours (09:00 to 18:00\) **Duration:** 3 months (June 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026\) **Number of Openings:** 1 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality, performance, and governance of solutions developed with a focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence * Perform technical reviews of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and QA practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining, prioritizing, and evolving solutions and features * Support technical decision-making and definition of development best practices * Conduct code reviews, provide technical support to the team, and promote continuous improvement * Ensure appropriate documentation of solutions and processes **Technical Requirements:** * Advanced experience in development using **Java and/or Python** * Solid knowledge of **Machine Learning** and development with **Small Language Models (SLM)** * Experience with frameworks such as: + Spring Boot + TensorFlow + PyTorch + Keras * Advanced knowledge of **data science**, including: + Data preprocessing + Feature engineering + Data visualization * Experience with **cloud architecture and solutions** * Practical experience with code reviews, quality assurance, and development best practices
