Job Summary: Mid-level professional to ensure the quality of Generative AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance solutions focused on performance and best practices. Experience with Machine Learning and Small Language Models (SLM) **Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Employment Type:** CLT (EST) **Work Mode:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite at the Morumbi office and 2 days remote **Working Hours:** Business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM\) **Duration:** 3 months (June 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026\) **Number of Openings:** 2 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality of Generative AI-based solutions throughout the entire lifecycle—from conception to delivery * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front\-end, QA, product) to define and prioritize improvements and new features * Develop and evolve solutions with focus on performance, quality, and best practices * Support technical documentation and standardization of deliverables per company guidelines * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of solutions **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience in development using **Java and/or Python** * Knowledge of **Machine Learning** and development with **Small Language Models (SLM)** * Experience with frameworks such as: + Spring Boot + TensorFlow + PyTorch + Keras * Knowledge of **data science**, including: + Data preprocessing + Feature engineering + Data visualization * Familiarity with **cloud** architecture and solutions
