Then come tell new stories and join the \#TimeVeloz. **Job Description** **Data Strategy Coordinator** * Manage a multidisciplinary data team comprising Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Product Owners — with the ability to understand business strategy and propose data-intelligent solutions that deliver value. * Lead data projects from requirements mapping through architecture modeling to data delivery. * Contribute to the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our data code and tools. * Identify opportunities to improve our ETL/ELT platform. * Translate business needs into solutions aligned with the data platform’s tools and strategies. * Experience implementing and maintaining data pipelines developed in Python/PySpark. * Ability to write optimized SQL queries to resolve highly complex problems. * Expertise in general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala, etc.). * Knowledge of various database architecture and modeling techniques for analytics purposes (e.g., Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.). * Familiarity with software development best practices such as clean code, CI/CD, unit testing, and design patterns. * Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across technical and business domains. **Qualifications** * Experience leading data teams for digital products. * Experience working in financial institutions, fintechs, banks, or environments with complex data ecosystems. * Knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau/Power BI. * Ability to guide and promote best practices in building data pipelines using Python/PySpark and cloud environments (AWS). * Knowledge of data governance best practices, experience in data quality, data sustainment evolution, and data efficiency. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
