We are looking for a talented and technology- and business-passionate Cognitive Product Manager to join our AI Factory team. In this hybrid and strategic role, you will act as the true Business Architect for Cognitive Transformation. Combining the business vision and market focus of a Product Manager (PM), the cadence and technical protection of a Product Owner (PO), and the governance of a Project Manager (GP), you will be the definitive bridge between our clients’ senior management and our cutting-edge engineering team. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Cognitive PM, you will have the opportunity to (Responsibilities): * Lead AI strategy for large enterprises (enterprises), exercising cross-functional leadership, ownership, and continuous value generation; * Serve as the conductor of a highly specialized orchestra, leading the Discovery phase (CRISP-DM — Business Understanding), defining the value architecture, and validating the business thesis (ROI) of the solution; * Execute end-to-end, ensuring artificial intelligence is the optimal solution for the end customer’s pain point, guiding POC prototyping and MVP development; * Ensure operational health by acting as guardian of scope, timelines, and risks, setting the pace through agile ceremonies (roadmaps, dailies, reviews); * Organize the "taxonomy" of knowledge bases, ensuring excellence in wikis, boards, and presentations. Apply Design Thinking techniques to map "corporate pains" and transform them into high-business-value digital solutions; * Translate complex data and modeling requirements into agile tasks (PBIs), organizing the engineering team’s tactical execution and shielding developers from external interference; * Monitor performance and develop metrics for implemented AI solutions, generating status reports with impact demonstrations for strategic stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have… * A strong business orientation and solid experience managing digital products, including defining product vision, scoping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams; * Technology and artificial intelligence knowledge (LLMs, AI Agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG), with hands-on experience applying emerging innovations to optimize corporate processes; * Visionary strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and determine whether simple automation suffices or cognitive transformation via AI is the optimal path; * Deep analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data, extracting actionable insights that guide executive decisions and demonstrate generated value; * Exceptional communication skills to engage clearly, concisely, and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (C-Levels, executives, data scientists, and engineers), aligning all parties under a common language. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in similar roles, combining traditional scope/project management with agile development of technology products; * Exceptional documentation management skills, ensuring sound taxonomy across knowledge bases and visual frameworks; * Proven ability to lead inspiringly, orchestrate complex solutions, and mitigate crises in high-uncertainty environments. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
