Job Summary: Support for operational process automation, engineering documentation management, and assistance in applying continuous improvement tools. Key Highlights: 1. Support for operational process automation 2. Assistance in engineering documentation management 3. Help with process monitoring and continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities:** **Support for operational process automation:** • Assist in creating and updating departmental KPIs and dashboards • Assist in creating and updating approval workflows • Assist in creating and updating databases • Assist in creating and updating the internal engineering website **Assistance in engineering documentation management:** • Support product, raw material, and component registration and modification in the system • Support initiating workflows in the system • Support uploading systemic documents **Assistance in monitoring engineering change request processes;** **Support for design team members and engineering support for the international trade team;** **Support for applying continuous improvement (CI) tools.** **Requirements:** • Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in one of the following or related programs: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Robotics Engineering • Intermediate English proficiency preferred • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • AI knowledge preferred • Programming knowledge preferred Internal Use Only: Indirect Hourly**Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement** Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
