Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCaring \#IAmRedeAméricas **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a professional to serve as a technical reference in hospital pricing, responsible for structuring, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies based on financial data, clinical costs, profitability per contract, and insurer behavior—ensuring economic sustainability and competitiveness of the network. * Develop and refine **pricing models** for hospital services, packages, daily rates, proprietary fee schedules, and negotiations with health insurance operators; * Conduct advanced analyses of **profitability by procedure, health plan, facility, and service line;** * Assess financial impacts of **contractual adjustments**, new payment models (bundled payment, DRG, fee\-for\-package, etc.); * Perform price **elasticity studies**, sensitivity analyses, and economic and clinical scenario simulations; * Support strategic negotiations with health insurance operators by providing **robust, data\-driven financial analyses;** * Collaborate with departments including Controller’s Office, Cost Management, Commercial, Billing, and Business Intelligence; * Ensure pricing governance, policy definition, and standardization; * Act as a technical multiplier and mentor for pricing analysts; * Support leadership’s strategic decisions with **data\-oriented financial insights.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in **hospital or supplementary health pricing;** * Strong knowledge of **financial analysis, hospital costing, income statements (DRE), contribution margin, and profitability;** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); * Experience handling large datasets and analytical models; * **Desirable knowledge of SQL, Python, or statistical tools;** * Ability to act strategically and consultatively. **Additional Information** Our care begins at home—delivering the best for our people.
