Job Summary: The Sales Assistant is responsible for keeping the store organized and ready to welcome customers, managing products from inventory through to final customer service and payment, with a focus on youth fashion. Responsible for ensuring the store is ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, and keeping them organized from receipt in inventory through to the final customer service process, including payment and product delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor merchandise receipt via the inventory system, recording all executed operations to ensure process reliability. Update merchandise prices according to deadlines set by the system. Ensure merchandise restocking across all store departments. Maintain the inventory area under appropriate conditions for conducting inventory counts, receiving merchandise, and improving product visibility. Serve customers by executing all steps of the sales closing process, focusing on quality service and data verification. Process merchandise returns according to the exchange policy. Promote, offer, and register new customers for the Pompéia credit card. **Prerequisites:** ? Completed high school; ?
