Ready for a career that delivers more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Specify KPIs together with the requesting department to build reports. * Understand business rules to define automated processes via database. * Validate and approve financial/accounting information jointly with Finance/Accounting teams. * Technically analyze data requirements stored in databases and request process development in partnership with Engineering teams. * Be responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance of internal data datasets. * Validate KPIs during closing processes (in a critical financial environment) to ensure report accuracy. * Build and automate reports using Power BI. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Database Management, Computer Science, BI and Analytics, or related fields. * Experience building reports. * Experience understanding and defining business rules with end users for report and KPI development. * Experience collaborating with users to specify strategic KPIs. * Experience selecting data from databases (Oracle, SQL Server, RedShift, or similar). * Experience building KPIs (DataViz) using Power BI. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have**: * Experience in the acquiring segment, fintechs, or financial areas. * Experience in Data Visualization and data storytelling. * Experience reading and analyzing business KPIs from already-published reports. * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel. * Experience automating database queries and data processes using Python.
