Opportunity to serve as a technical reference and mentor for other developers **PL/SQL Developer** We seek a PL/SQL Developer specialized in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports to support, enhance, and develop functionalities within large-scale corporate systems. The professional will join the Registration and Contracts Squad, working in agile cycles, participating in technical decisions, and contributing to solution quality and performance. **Responsibilities**: Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on applications developed using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL objects, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Design and improve integrations between internal and external systems. Ensure implementation standardization and compliance with coding best practices. Work within multidisciplinary teams applying agile methodologies. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Propose efficient, high-performance, and flexible technical solutions aligned with business needs. Serve as a technical reference and support the training and mentoring of other team developers. **Mandatory Requirements** Solid experience in PL/SQL development (procedures, packages, triggers, views). Proficiency in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Experience supporting and developing large-scale corporate systems. Knowledge of system integrations, data architecture, and query optimization. Prior experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to collaborate effectively. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements** Experience in the healthcare sector. Familiarity with other Oracle technologies (Oracle APEX, ODI, SQL*Loader). Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
