You will work on strategic projects with autonomy and active involvement in technical and architectural decisions. This position is ideal for those seeking **real business impact**, **continuous technical challenges**, and an environment characterized by **autonomy, collaboration, and continuous innovation**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain robust, modular, high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot preferred); * Actively participate in defining architectures (legacy monoliths, microservices, and serverless); * Build and evolve **RESTful APIs**, focusing on scalability, security, and performance; * Work with relational and non-relational databases; * Ensure test automation coverage and application of TDD; * Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to the team’s technical growth; * Apply DevOps practices throughout the software lifecycle (CI/CD, containers, pipelines, observability); * Contribute to engineering culture: documentation, design patterns, security, and development best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **5+ years of experience with Java (versions 8+)** * **Proficiency in Spring Boot**, Spring Data, Spring Security; * Experience with **REST APIs**, **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**, and layered architecture; * Solid knowledge of **SQL databases** (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and **NoSQL databases** (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB); * Practical experience with asynchronous messaging (**Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ**); * Experience with **Docker**, containers, and continuous integration; * Git and modern version control and collaboration practices; * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc); * Practice in **automated testing** (JUnit, Mockito, integration, performance); * Familiarity with **cloud platforms (preferably AWS)**: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc; * Prior experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc); * Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and collaboration; * English / Spanish proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
