Here, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring and analyzing metrics, logs, and service behavior on Azure, performing capacity and performance adjustments. * Developing and maintaining scalable and secure APIs, published in cloud environments. * Architecting technical automation solutions (RPA, scripts, integrations) connected to corporate and legacy systems. Using GitHub Copilot to accelerate script, pipeline, automation, and API development. * Creating, integrating, and maintaining AI agents based on MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enhance operational workflows and autonomous decision-making. * Acting as a technical reference for the team, supporting troubleshooting, best practices, and automation standardization. * Evaluating processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization. * Participating in technical planning and tracking scope, timelines, and budgets for automation and DevOps initiatives. * Handling incidents, continuous monitoring, and preventive/corrective maintenance of services. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Automotive industry knowledge is a plus; * Experience with: ERP and CRM systems, REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server); * Preferred skills: Databricks, Django, Flask, FastAPI, RabbitMQ, Power Platform; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Work model: Hybrid – São Caetano do Sul/SP; **What We Offer** * Fixed remuneration; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions; \#LI\-MD3 This position is open to applications from persons with disabilities or INSS-rehabilitated individuals.
