Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco **What will your day-to-day look like?** As an Operations Coordinator, you will work within the Warranty Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Working in a tribe model to map and redesign the end-to-end warranty lifecycle journey—from loan approval to release or cancellation of the warranty; * Leading the implementation of automations and systemic enhancements, identifying opportunities for OCR, integrations, automatic validations, business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios (UAT); * Collaborating with the team to develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks, such as document verification; * Interacting with government regulatory bodies related to vehicle warranties, ensuring operational and technical alignment; * Establishing and monitoring operational KPIs, analyzing data to identify patterns and automation opportunities, and strengthening process governance; * Building automated dashboards (Power BI/Datamarts), leading governance rituals, and managing interfaces with internal departments and external partners, ensuring regulatory compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience with management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar; * Experience leading projects (systemic or otherwise) using agile practices; * Background in process reengineering with a focus on operational efficiency; * Knowledge of creating and implementing operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Proficiency in developing managerial and executive reports using analytical tools.
