Propose architectural and performance improvements About the Role The Back-End Developer will analyze system and application requirements, develop robust and high-performance solutions, structure and optimize PostgreSQL databases, code Java applications using Spring Boot, and ensure implementation of architectural best practices, security, and performance. You will work autonomously on technical evolution of solutions, contributing to continuous improvements and supporting cross-functional teams. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications; * Model and optimize data structures in PostgreSQL; * Create and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers; * Propose architectural and performance improvements; * Participate in code reviews and technical mentoring; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining technical solutions; * Other duties related to the role. Required Qualifications * Solid experience with Java 11, 17, and 21; * In-depth knowledge of features and improvements in each version; * Experience with modern language features; * Proficiency in Spring Boot 2 and 3; * Knowledge of changes and migrations between Spring Boot versions; * Database: Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL; * Extensive experience with PL/SQL; * Expertise in developing and optimizing stored procedures; * Deep understanding of data structures and database modeling; * Ability to analyze and optimize complex queries. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with microservices; * Experience with modern architectures; * Knowledge of CI/CD practices; * Experience with agile methodologies.
