**The Challenge** We are looking for a **Flutter Developer** to lead the evolution of our mobile ecosystem. This position is intended for a professional who already masters interface development and now focuses on the engineering behind the application: performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. You will be challenged to structure complex projects, defining standards that enable the team to scale with quality. We seek a consultative and proactive individual capable of serving as the team’s technical reference, elevating delivery quality through decoupled architectures and robust testing strategies. You will work directly on products critical to the company’s operations, with autonomy to propose refactorings and process improvements. **What You’ll Do** * Define and evolve the architecture of mobile applications using industry-standard patterns such as Clean Architecture or MVVM, ensuring separation of concerns and testability; * Plan app modularization (micro-apps or internal packages) to facilitate collaboration among multiple teams on the same codebase; * Evaluate and implement complex state management strategies (BLoC, Riverpod, MobX), selecting the appropriate tool based on business needs; * Monitor and optimize application performance (frame rates, memory consumption, bundle size) using Flutter DevTools; * Develop and maintain integrations with native code (Android/Kotlin and iOS/Swift) via Method Channels or Platform Channels when required; * Ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms (Android and iOS), adhering to Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design; * Establish a strong culture of automated testing by implementing unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests (Golden Tests/Integration Tests); * Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions) to automate builds, tests, and store deployments; * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting educational code reviews and technical workshops to align the team’s knowledge. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience in mobile development, with deep and dedicated professional expertise in Flutter; * In-depth understanding of Flutter’s internals (Render Objects, Element Tree, Widget Tree, Isolates, and Event Loop); * Mastery of Software Engineering principles: SOLID, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection; * Practical experience writing automated tests and familiarity with testing frameworks (mockito, flutter_test); * Experience consuming RESTful APIs, handling errors, and implementing offline caching strategies (SQLite, Hive, Drift); * Ability to publish and manage apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; * Ability to discuss requirements with PMs and designers, highlighting technical feasibility and proposing alternatives; * Proactivity in identifying technical debt and proposing actionable plans to resolve it without blocking the product roadmap; * Communication skills to defend data- and fact-based technical decisions before leadership and the team. **Bonus Points If You Have** * Prior experience with native development (Android with Kotlin/Java or iOS with Swift/Obj-C) for handling complex integrations; * Knowledge of Design Systems and building reusable component libraries; * Experience with monitoring and crash reporting tools (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Datadog); * Contributions to the Flutter community (open-source packages, articles, talks); * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in fast-growing environments. **What You’ll Find Here** * A collaborative and dynamic environment that values innovation and growth; * A culture of continuous learning and accelerated development; * Opportunities to contribute to impactful projects affecting thousands of people daily; * Remote work model; * PJ (individual contractor) hiring. **Our Benefits** * Flex Food Swile – R$770.00/month * Birthday day off * Fretonauta Talent referral bonus
