Job Summary: Test Analyst focused on requirements analysis, planning and execution of manual functional tests, defect management, and API validation in an agile environment. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) 2. Experience in manual functional software testing 3. Knowledge of SQL and Postman for API testing Responsibilities and Duties * **Requirements Analysis:** Review user stories and functional requirements to ensure clarity and testability. * **Test Planning:** Create test plans, test cases, and functional scenarios (positive and negative). * **Test Execution:** Perform manual functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and exploratory testing. * **Defect Management:** Identify, report, and track bug fixes using tools such as Jira. * **API Validation:** Conduct backend API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. * **Collaboration:** Work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) alongside developers and Product Owners. Requirements and Qualifications + **Experience:** Proven experience in manual functional software testing. + **Methodologies:** Familiarity with agile methodologies. + **Testing Tools:** Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA. + **Technical Tools:** Intermediate knowledge of SQL (for database validation) and Postman (for APIs). + **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication.
