Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level DBA to administer, maintain, and enhance database environments, collaborating with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure stability and performance. Focus on performance tuning, replication, and backups We are looking for a Mid-Level DBA to administer, maintain, and evolve the organization's database environments. This professional will work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure data stability, availability, performance, and security supporting our systems and products. Job Mission: Administer and sustain database environments, ensuring data performance, availability, and integrity, while supporting improvement initiatives, technological evolution, and operational maintenance. Your Responsibilities: * Administer and monitor relational database environments (SQL Server and Oracle, including Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Cloud OCI); * Perform backup, restore, and recovery routines, ensuring data integrity and recoverability; * Conduct query tuning, index optimization, and performance monitoring; * Automate operational routines using SQL scripts, Shell Script, or PowerShell; * Manage security controls, permissions, access management, and user administration; * Support database migration projects, version upgrades, and deployment of new database solutions; * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to define data models, structures, and indexes; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for environments and operational procedures; * Support incident resolution and operational support, including on-call duty when required. What We Expect From You: * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Solid knowledge and proven experience with SQL Server and Oracle (including Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Cloud OCI); * Experience with databases in cloud environments, especially Oracle Cloud (OCI), AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; * Experience in performance tuning, execution plan analysis, replication, and backup management; * Knowledge of security management, access control, audits, and compliance; * Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server as applied to data environment administration; * Scripting skills for routine automation (Shell Script or PowerShell); * Collaborative, organized profile with strong communication skills and a problem-solving focus.
