Autonomy and end-to-end ownership of deliverables **Mid-Level Backend Developer (II)** ==================================== **About the Role** ------------------- We are looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack or Backend Developer with experience developing scalable systems and working with modern architectures (preferably microservices-based). This professional will operate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and actively contributing to daily technical decisions. Mid-level autonomy, demand organization capability, and end-to-end ownership of deliverables are expected. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop and enhance backend APIs and services with focus on scalability and performance * Participate in defining and evolving solution architecture * Perform fullstack development when required (backend + frontend) * Ensure adherence to coding best practices, testing, and version control * Contribute to code reviews * Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams * Proactively identify technical improvements and propose solutions **Primary Tech Stack (Mandatory)** --------------------------------- * Solid experience with **TypeScript and Node.js** * Experience with **React.js** * Hands-on experience with **GitHub** (version control, PR workflow, code review) * Practical experience or knowledge of **Go (Golang)** **Technical Nice-to-Haves** ------------------------- * Development best practices (Clean Code, TDD) * Experience with ORMs * Experience with databases: + Relational (MySQL) + Non-relational (MongoDB) * Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ * Experience with Docker * Experience in cloud environments (preferably GCP) **Expected Technical Profile** --------------------------- We seek a developer with strong Node.js expertise and prior experience in other languages such as PHP, as well as hands-on experience with React Native—particularly in backend-mobile integration contexts.
