Role Responsibilities: * Risk Analysis: Assess fraud risks in identification documents and suspicious behaviors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and 99Pay guidelines; * Dispute Triage: Analyze cases referred by the acquirer, evaluate disputed transactions, and compile evidence supporting or refuting the claims; * Fraud Case Handling: Receive and analyze communications from market partners, identify accounts requiring blocking or termination, and execute fund recovery where applicable; * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and propose adjustments to management or senior team members; * Facial Biometric Validation: Analyze and validate facial verification processes, ensuring image authenticity and alignment with declared identity; * Participation in Studies: Support internal studies focused on optimizing manual and automated analysis processes; * Self-Management: Monitor service queues and proactively engage across various workstreams based on demand; * Bureau Data Analysis: Evaluate customer registration and financial information from credit bureaus, identifying risks and data inconsistencies.
