The main challenge of this position is consistent technical growth: writing clean and testable code, learning to perform troubleshooting with team support, and understanding how your deliverables impact customers and the business. We seek someone with a solid technical foundation, curiosity to learn, accountability in delivery, and a desire to grow alongside the team. ### **What will your day\-to\-day activities be?** * API and Microservices Development: * Develop and maintain REST APIs, contributing to microservice implementation with guidance from more experienced developers and supporting contract evolution (Swagger / OAS3\). * Problem Analysis and Resolution: Support technical investigations by analyzing logs and system behavior, learning to perform troubleshooting with team support and seeking root cause understanding before proposing adjustments. * Quality and Testing: Write unit tests and support integration test creation; review your own code before submitting for review and actively participate in code reviews as a learner. * Collaboration and Rituals: Actively participate in daily standups, refinement sessions, and planning meetings, clearly communicating task progress and proactively signaling risks or blockers before they affect deliveries.
