At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Knowledge of physical and virtual server administration (Windows and Linux); * Network (LAN/WAN) management, switches, routers, and WiFi (Ubiquiti, SW Aruba); * Service desk support; * Database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL); * User account and permission management (Microsoft 365 and other systems); * Data center operation and maintenance: racks, cabling, and cooling systems; * Monitoring of the technological environment; * Corporate email administration; * Information security policy administration and incident response; * IT asset management: tracking, inventory, and hardware/software lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience as an IT technician or in IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of infrastructure * IT support. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Willingness to reside in the Northeast region * Meal allowance * On-site meals (provided by the company) * Life insurance * Hapvida health plan * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * GymPass * TotalPass * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
