




Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), audit and compliance support, training, awareness-raising, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Information Systems, or related fields. (At least one year remaining before graduation) São Paulo-SP or Itajubá-MG Responsibilities: 1\. IMS Implementation and Maintenance Support: · Assist in updating and organizing IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records. · Support data collection and consolidation for performance indicators. · Contribute to preparing evidence and records for internal and external audits. 2\. Audit and Compliance Support: · Assist in tracking action plans arising from audits and non-conformities. · Support control of applicable legal records and other regulatory requirements. 3\. Training and Awareness: · Support internal communication campaigns related to quality, environment, and safety. · Participate in internal training sessions to learn about ISO standards and integrated management practices. 4\. Continuous Improvement: · Propose simple improvements to internal processes, contributing to departmental efficiency and organization. · Assist in standardizing documents and processes under supervision. 5\. Administrative Support: · Assist with departmental administrative tasks, such as organizing physical and digital files, deadline tracking, and scheduling.
