Job Summary: Develop and evolve full-stack applications with an AI focus, mapping requirements, designing scalable architectures, and integrating APIs. Key Highlights: 1. Integration with AI/ML APIs and performance optimization **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and evolve full-stack applications, focusing on solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence. * Map technical requirements, propose scalable architectures, and implement high-performance end-to-end features. * Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architectures, ensuring quality, robustness, and resilience. * Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, as well as AI services (LLMs, embeddings, agents), ensuring security, efficiency, and consistency in data consumption. * Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems, internal libraries, and frameworks used by the company. * Monitor, measure, and optimize web application performance, SEO, and accessibility. * Ensure best development practices, including automated testing, version control, documentation, and code reviews. * Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Design teams for technical decision-making and support in designing new features. * Work in an agile environment guided by modern practices such as CI/CD, observability, structured logging, and monitoring. * Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing standards, refactorings, and initiatives that increase team efficiency. * Support mid-level and junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in full-stack development. * Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Knowledge of Python. * Proficiency in AWS and its core services (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, among others). * Strong experience with microservices, architectural patterns, and design patterns. * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience integrating and consuming AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, embedding pipelines, RAG, agents). * Solid understanding of frontend architecture principles, componentization, global state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai), and optimization. * Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright). * Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills in remote environments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience with event-driven architectures. * Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana). * Experience building AI agents. * Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and similar. * Experience in highly scalable environments and handling large volumes of data. * Strong communication skills to understand problems and translate them into solutions. **Diversity strengthens us!** If you are a person with a disability, our opportunities are waiting for you. **Join our team!**
