Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Financial Planning Assistant to support the consolidation of financial information, monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), and initiatives related to business transformation. Key Highlights: 1. Support the consolidation of financial information and management reports. 2. Monitor budget, forecast, and financial results. 3. We are looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in monitoring KPIs, consolidating data, and supporting the company’s transformation initiatives. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Support the consolidation of financial information for preparing management reports. * Update controls and databases used to monitor budget, forecast, and financial results. * Assist in evaluating outcomes of transformation initiatives, ensuring organization and consistency of received information. * Monitor project timelines and request updates from initiative owners to ensure deadlines are met. * Support the preparation of presentations and management materials for performance review meetings. * Perform basic verification and validation of financial information, identifying inconsistencies for team analysis. * Support the development of periodic indicators and reports for the Financial Planning area. * Organize documentation, controls, and evidence related to financial evaluations. * Support the improvement and standardization of internal processes and controls within the area. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Basic understanding of budgeting, income statements (DRE), and financial KPIs. * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Experience in administrative or financial routines. * Experience preparing reports and controls using Excel.
