We promote an organization with a culture that respects the uniqueness of every individual, alongside building an equitable and open environment welcoming new ideas and suggestions from all areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead Discovery processes, conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities—both in evolving existing services and developing innovative solutions * Assess market conditions, competition, and financial metrics (P\&L), contributing to the development of competitive and sustainable products * Coordinate management of the product portfolio under responsibility, ensuring an updated, prioritized roadmap aligned with company strategy * Support end\-to\-end new product development—from ideation through launch * Monitor performance indicators (P\&L) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the portfolio * Collaborate with business, technology, and commercial teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery * Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives and teams, ensuring alignment and execution of defined strategies **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields * MBA or postgraduate degree in Product Management, Innovation, or related disciplines * Solid experience in product management, preferably within insurance, assistance, or fintech sectors * Strong communication, persuasion, and influence skills in cross-functional environments * Prior experience leading or coordinating teams * Knowledge of product strategy and development * Go\-to\-market (launch) * Market analysis * Product lifecycle management * Data analysis and Business Intelligence * Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools * Intermediate English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Travel, Innovation, or regulated markets (e.g., SUSEP) * Experience in highly regulated environments * Certifications or supplementary courses in Product, Agile, or Innovation Founded in 1963, **Europ Assistance** is the **world leader** in **assistance solutions and services**, supporting customers in over 190 countries through a network of 750,000 service providers and 39 assistance centers worldwide.
