Learn more at irco.com and join us to take control of your future. **Job Overview** The Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the product strategy for the compressor portfolio, acting as the liaison among technical, commercial, engineering, and marketing teams. This role is essential to ensure the market understands the value of Ingersoll Rand solutions and to support sales growth through applied technical knowledge. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the technical expert for the portfolio (screw and centrifugal compressors), being the reference for applications, performance, and product positioning. * Actively participate in the development of new products, collaborating with support and global teams to ensure on-time delivery. * Support the commercial team with technical specifications, system sizing, performance analysis, and application recommendations. * Develop, review, and update technical documentation, product datasheets, and corporate presentations. * Produce technical and educational content on technologies, applications, and strategic markets, and deliver training sessions when required. * Generate analyses and reports to support pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy decisions, based on KPIs and market trends. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience with screw and centrifugal compressor systems * Experience in product application, portfolio management, sales, or marketing * Solid understanding of compressed air principles * Ability to read and interpret diagrams, technical specifications, and standards * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Advanced English and Spanish **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or related fields * Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence for data analysis and understanding specific markets **Travel and Work Model** * Willingness to travel * Hybrid work model .
