Job Summary: A legalization professional responsible for company registration, amendments, and dissolution; issuance of certificates; and documentation control. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of licenses and permits, contract drafting **Requirements:** \- Experience in the legalization sector \- Experience with Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit companies \- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting Sciences \- Punctuality and organization \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork ability \- Willingness to learn and grow professionally **Responsibilities:** \- Company registration across all Brazilian states; \- Company data amendment across all Brazilian states; \- Company dissolution across all Brazilian states; \- Municipal and state tax registration; \- Verification of existing state and municipal tax registrations for every new client; \- Control and scheduling of digital certificate issuance; \- Requesting/amending/canceling municipal registrations; \- Issuance of Negative Certificates; \- ISS access accreditation; \- Registration of new companies in accounting and Nibo systems; \- Updating customer records in Sieg; \- Preparing client power-of-attorney for our digital certificate; \- Drafting contracts (leasing, accounting services, termination agreements); \- Monitoring issuance of client licenses and permits (creating spreadsheets and tracking progress); \- Registration, access setup, and other registration-related activities for companies (ISS access, registrations, etc.); \- Checking corporate tax status and reporting to relevant departments; \- Drafting contracts (leasing, accounting services, termination agreements); **Benefits:** \- Starting salary: R$ 2.000,00 \- Transportation allowance \- On-site meals with full comfort \- "Sextou Investir" (enhanced afternoon coffee break) \- Recognition for task completion \- Investment in courses (to be agreed upon) \- Innovative environment with full comfort and tranquility \- Knowledge enrichment in the field under CEO mentorship \- Available support to answer area-related questions \- Birthday Day Off \- Life insurance Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
